I love my job and meeting new people in the Wake, Harnett, Lee, and Cumberland county areas. I’m here to help buyers and sellers to make smooth transitions and be happy with their changes and new adventures. Home buying or selling is a very exciting/happy, but also stressful, time. I have an office in Broadway, Lillington and Clinton and My priority is to make that process as easy and simple as possible. I’m good at research, getting answers and helping my seller/buyer be knowledgeable about what’s going on in every step of the process.
Ellis Ray Costin
Ellis has lived in SouthEastern NC most of his life. He has a 23-year old son, Tristin, that is a HUGE Carolina Hurricanes fan and an AVID drummer. Ellis loves to attend music concerts, freshwater fishing, a little golfing, and attending hockey games with his son. He also loves watching his Duke Blue Devils in action on the field and on the court. Ellis gives credit to his strong work ethic as a result of growing up on a small farm in Sampson County, and being involved in Animal Agriculture for over 33-years. He appreciates our farmers and their contributions to feeding the world. Ellis also loves working with clients to help them make one of their most important decisions in their lives, purchasing their new home. As he always says "It's my job to help them buy a house. Then its their job to make it a HOME".
